1 调查概述 为了更好地开展企业文化的研究和推广工作,根据企业文化课题组的安排对马钢的管理人员进行了一次企业文化调研活动。以此来从不同的侧面反映出马钢管理人员对企业文化的理解和运用的现状。 为了使调查结果更全面、客观,课题组根据马钢的具体情况,运用头脑风暴法,筛选出了调研提纲——形成由25个问题组成的调查问卷;再使用分层配额等距抽样的问卷法进行调查
