最近,我读到上海学林出版社社长写的一篇文章,在文内有这么一句话:“编辑是天底下最好的职业”。这句话,给我们当编辑的带来了慰藉,带来了喜悦,带来了自豪! 编辑是时代的记录者,是历史的记录者,他们所编的报纸,影响着千百万人的思想和行动。编辑是一个好职业,但成为一个好编辑却并不容易。那末,怎样才能成为一个称职、有所作为的编辑呢?或者说,我们要提倡当一个什么样的编辑?我认为有那么十三条。 Recently, I read an article written by the president of Shanghai Xue Lin Publishing House, in which there is a saying: “Editing is the best job in the world.” This sentence has brought us comfort, joy and pride in being an editor. Editors are the record-makers of the times, the historians and the newspapers they make that affect millions of people Thought and action. Editing is a good job, but being a good editor is not easy. Then how can we become a competent and accomplished editor? Or, what kind of editors should we promote? I think there are thirteen.
