我县是栽培蜜柑适宜区。品种有:特早熟协山、桥本、官本、德林;早熟龟井、卡津、宣恩早;中熟尾张、林温州。1991年全县栽植面积达到10.86万亩,总产突破2万t。但近年来出现品质下滑趋势,果实整齐度差,囊皮厚、黑、疤、硬,果肉酸,含糖量低,味淡,果皮厚,不化渣。由于品质下降,使我县蜜柑出口从1985年162t下降到1990年仅出口5t,同时国内销路也越来越少,出现“卖难”现象。为了迅速改变这种现状,现就柑品质下降原因及克服办法,谈一谈笔者一些粗浅看法。
My county is suitable for cultivation of mandarin orange area. Varieties are: special precocious Association Hill, Hashimoto, the official version, Derin; precocious Kamei, Ka Tsuen, Xuan’en early; Mizuwei Zhang, Lin Wenzhou. In 1991 the county planted area of 10.86 million mu, total output exceeded 20000 t. However, in recent years, there is a trend of decline in quality, poor uniformity of fruit, crust thick, black, scar, hard, fruit acid, low sugar content, light taste, pericarp thick, not slag. As a result of the decline in quality, the export of satsuma in our county dropped from 162 tons in 1985 to only 5 tons in 1990, meanwhile, the domestic sales were also getting less and less, resulting in the phenomenon of “selling hard.” In order to quickly change the status quo, now on the reasons for the decline of citrus quality and ways to overcome, talk about some superficial views of the author.
