目的 为肝脏保存液的研究提供离体肝脏再灌注模型。方法 用大鼠肝移植供体手术方法获取供肝 ,离体再循环 2小时 ,同健康活体大鼠进行对比 ,观察胆汁分泌量、胆汁中胆酸及胆红素水平。结果 健康活体大鼠肝和保存时间为 0小时的离体再灌注肝的 2小时胆汁分泌量分别为 2 0 6 0± 74 8μl·(gliver) -1和 179 0± 11 4 μl·(gliver) -1,两组结果无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 大鼠离体肝循环再灌注是研究评价肝脏保存液的理想模型。
Purpose To provide an ex vivo liver reperfusion model for liver preservation fluid studies. Methods The donor liver was obtained by donor liver transplantation. Two hours of reperfusion were performed in vitro. The bile secretion and bile acid and bilirubin levels were compared with healthy living rats. Results The bile secretion of healthy living rat liver and 2 hours of ex vivo reperfusion liver with storage time of 0 hour were respectively 260 ± 74 8 μl · (gliver) -1 and 179 ± 11 4 μl · (gliver) -1, no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Isolated rat hepatic circulation reperfusion is an ideal model for evaluating liver preservation solution.
