绩效管理作为现代企业管理的重要手段,在企业运营实践中的应用日益广泛。另一方面,目前的绩效管理方法论在实践应用中也存在诸多误区。本文对绩效管理的几种常用模式进行了介绍,重点对其优缺点进行了比较,据此指出绩效管理方法论与实践相结合的具体方式;并结合作者在工作中的体会,对绩效管理的常见误区进行了澄清,对绩效管理体系的设计、实施和应用提出了自己的观点。
As an important means of modern enterprise management, performance management is widely used in the operation of enterprises. On the other hand, there are many misunderstandings in the practical application of the current performance management methodology. In this paper, several commonly used performance management models are introduced, focusing on their advantages and disadvantages were compared, and pointed out that performance management methodology and practice of combining specific ways; combined with the author’s experience in the work, the performance management of the common Mistakes were clarified, the performance management system design, implementation and application put forward their own point of view.
