干旱是内蒙古最为频发、最为严重的气象灾害之一。针对这一事实,本文对利用气象卫星NOAA/AVHRR资料遥感监测土壤干旱方法进行了研究。其主要内容有:提出了适用于极轨气象卫星资料的、可以较好地反映土壤干旱程度的干旱指数,并生成了干旱指数数字型图象;建立各层土壤含水量与干旱指数之间的关系模式。基于上述工作,生成了实验区土壤干旱等级图,利用该图我们可以分析干旱发生区域,不同区域的干旱程度,统计实验区内不同干旱程度土地的面积等旱情信息,为有关部门合理安排、指导农牧业生产、抗旱救灾、灾情评估提供科学依据
Drought is one of the most frequent and serious meteorological disasters in Inner Mongolia.
