目的:分析空气污染对人群健康的影响,探索评价模式,为完善空气污染预警机制提供科学依据。方法:收集全市大气、气象、死因和人口资料,在2个监测点分别开展大气监测、学生呼吸系统疾病的症状和体症监测、中老年慢性阻塞性肺病和冠心病的症状体症监测。结果:按计划完成了大气监测、疾病监测和人群的调查问卷工作,全市大气质量总体良好。结论:张家港市已初步建立空气污染与人群健康动态监测体系。
Objective: To analyze the impact of air pollution on the health of the population, to explore the evaluation mode, and to provide a scientific basis for improving the air pollution early warning mechanism. Methods: The air, meteorology, cause of death and population data of the city were collected. Atmospheric monitoring, monitoring of respiratory and respiratory diseases, monitoring of symptoms and signs of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and coronary heart disease (CHD) were conducted at two monitoring sites. Results: According to the plan, the work of air monitoring, disease monitoring and questionnaire survey of the population was completed. Overall, the city’s air quality is generally good. Conclusion: Zhangjiagang City has initially established a dynamic monitoring system of air pollution and population health.
