方名:加减黄芪建中汤组成:炙绵芪15g,川桂枝3g,杭白芍30g,炙甘草5g,广木香5g,西砂仁(后入)3g,刺猬皮10g,九香虫3g,紫丹参10g,白檀香3g,或加淡干姜3g。功能:温中补虚,行气活血。主治:十二指肠球部溃疡、胃溃疡。症见脘次隐痛,偶见刺痛,起于、甚于空腹之际,得食稍安,喜热喜按,脉细弱,舌淡苔薄。方解:本方由黄芪建中汤、丹参饮去饴糖,加木香、刺猬皮、九香虫而成。方中桂枝配白芍辛甘化阳,白芍配甘草酸甘化
