8月成交同比去年增加400套8月,既是传统意义的淡季,又逢新政出台(8月1日开始二手房征收个人所得税,并且征收时间从原来房龄2年延长至5年)。这样的结果使很多原本准备买二手房的购房者,放弃了原定计划,进而转向购买一手房,这样对一手房而言无疑是利好,增加了刚性需求的市场份额。
