针对金属型耐磨铸球生产中常产生中心缩孔的现象,采用ANSYS软件,对耐磨铸球凝固过程温度场进行了模拟分析,得出了铸造缺陷可能产生的位置,根据模拟结果再对浇冒口形状进行合理设计,消除了铸球内部缩孔。同时,对铸球凝固时的温度进行了实测,计算结果与实测结果相符,证明该数值模拟方法具有准确性。
