在改革开放浪潮中,乡镇企业曾发挥着不可替代的作用,满足了人们个性化需求,极大地推动了我国乡镇经济持续发展。随着经济全球化的到来,加上我国已加入WTO组织,外资企业纷纷进入我国社会市场。我国企业在迎来发展机遇的同时,也需要面对来自各方面的挑战,国有企业纷纷走上改制道路,而乡镇企业也需要寻求新的出路。在其生存发展道路上,人才起到至关重要的作用,乡镇企业要根据自身运营情况,全面而客观地分析当下人才引进现状,通过不同途径引进大量优秀的人才,优化调整内部人才结构,提高人才利用率,不断增强自身核心竞争力,能够在竞争日渐激烈的社会市场中立于不败之地,走上健康持续发展的道路。
In the wave of reform and opening up, township and village enterprises have played an irreplaceable role to meet the individual needs of people, which has greatly promoted the sustainable development of China’s township economy. With the advent of economic globalization and the fact that China has acceded to the WTO, foreign-funded enterprises have entered the social market in our country. While our country’s enterprises have ushered in the opportunities for development, they also need to face challenges from all aspects. State-owned enterprises have embarked on the road to restructuring one after another, and township and village enterprises also need to find new ways out. Talent plays a vital role in its survival and development. Based on its own operations, township and village enterprises must comprehensively and objectively analyze the status quo of the current introduction of qualified personnel and introduce a large number of outstanding talents through different channels so as to optimize and adjust the structure of internal talent and improve Talent utilization, and continuously enhance their core competitiveness, can be invincible in an increasingly competitive social market, embarked on a path of healthy and sustainable development.
