随着信息时代的发展和知识经济社会的变革以及终身学习理念的传播,移动学习作为一种新兴的学习方式逐渐渗透到成人的学习、生活之中。移动学习以移动性、交互性、片段化、个性化的特点和优势,逐渐成为新生代农民工重要的学习方式。尽管新生代农民工相对于第一代农民工而言,受教育程度较高、接受新鲜事物的能力和记忆力较强、职业期望值较高、学习目的明确,但由于受到学习动机、学习能力、学习时间、移动设备、学习资源等因素的影响,移动学习的积极性和主动性不高、学习效果较差。针对这些障碍,应采取以下应对措施:转变传统观念,提升学习能力,构建学习共同体,完善移动设备。
