目的:建立克咳胶囊中麻黄碱、吗啡含量的高效液相色谱同时测定含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱依利特SinoChrom ODS-BP C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.01 mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液-磷酸-三乙胺(5∶95∶0.2∶0.4),检测波长222 nm,柱温为室温,流速1.0 mL·min-1,进样量10μL。结果:盐酸麻黄碱、吗啡的线性范围分别为0.16~0.8 g.L-1(r1=0.999 6),0.012~0.06 g·L-1(r2=0.999 1),线性良好,平均加样回收率分别为96.13%,95.26%,RSD分别为1.10%,1.60%。结论:该法快速、简便、重复性好,可用于克咳胶囊的质量评价。
Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of ephedrine and morphine in Keke Capsules by high performance liquid chromatography. METHODS: The chromatographic column SinoChrom ODS-BP C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.01 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution-phosphoric acid-triethylamine (5:95:0.2:0.4). The detection wavelength was 222 nm. The column temperature was at room temperature and the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1. The injection volume was 10 μL. Results: The linear ranges of ephedrine hydrochloride and morphine were 0.16-0.8 gL-1 (r1 = 0.999 6) and 0.012-0.06 g · L-1 (r2 = 0.999 1), respectively. The linearity was good and the average recoveries were 96.13%, 95.26%, RSD respectively 1.10%, 1.60%. Conclusion: The method is rapid, simple and reproducible, which can be used to evaluate the quality of Keke Capsules.
