笔者长期在县级供电公司从事多经企业及集体企业经营管理工作,根据自己的认知,对县级供电公司集体企业的经营管理及发展谈谈自己的观点和看法。电力企业的发展关系国计民生,而电力辅业及多经集体企业在电力主业发展历程中扮演了及其重要的角色。在电力体制改革的不断深入中,电力集体企业的发展成为了一项任重而道远的工作。本文首先阐述了国网公司开展主多分开后集体企业的现状,从外部形势、行业形势、企业内部实际等方面对县级集体企业如何经营管理发展思路进行了分析,论述了县级集体企业的竞争优势、经营风险及未来发展前景,对县级集体企业经营管理、财务管理、人力资源管理中存在的问题并针对这些问题提出了相应的解决对策,以达到确保集体资产保值增值的管控目的。

This article first elaborates the status quo of the state-owned joint-stock companies after the majority of collective enterprises are separated, and analyzes the development of county-level collective enterprises from the aspects of the external situation, the situation of the industry and the internal reality of the enterprises, Competitive advantage, business risk and future development prospects, the problems existing in the operation and management, financial management and human resources management of county-level collective enterprises are put forward, and corresponding solutions to these problems are put forward so as to achieve the purpose of controlling and controlling the collective assets.
