采用RV2旋转黏度计测定了石油一厂渣油在 6 0~ 14 0℃范围的流动特性参数 ,当油温在 90℃以上时 ,渣油为牛顿流体 ,油温低于 90℃时 ,渣油为非牛顿流体 ,而且油温越低非牛顿特性越强。渣油的黏温关系与原油类似 ,其黏温曲线可分为放射段和直线段 ,但非牛顿特性强于原油。
The RV2 rotary viscometer was used to determine the flow characteristics of the residual oil in a first oil plant from 60 ° C to 140 ° C. When the oil temperature is above 90 ° C, the residual oil is a Newtonian fluid. When the oil temperature is below 90 ° C, Non-Newtonian fluid, and the lower the oil temperature, the stronger the non-Newtonian property.
