文章以神东煤炭集团哈拉沟煤矿为案例研究对象,通过实地调研访谈,分析总结其材料精益管理成功的关键因素。研究表明,神东煤炭集团实施材料精益创新管理,战略定位是关键,信息化平台是途径,绩效考核体系是保障。文章总结了神东煤炭集团材料精益管理创新模式,为煤炭企业管理模式的改进与发展提供借鉴。
Taking the Halagou coal mine of Shendong Coal Group as a case study object, the article analyzes and concludes the key factors of the success of material lean management through field research and interview. The research shows that the Shendong Coal Group implements the material lean innovation management, the strategic positioning is the key, the information platform is the way, the performance appraisal system is the guarantee. This article summarizes the innovation mode of material lean management of Shendong Coal Group and provides references for the improvement and development of coal enterprise management mode.
