胎膜早破是分娩常见的并发症,也是难产的先兆表现,本文就我院128例早破水其中难产者73例报告如下。1 临床资料1.1 我院近2年来共收住院分娩产妇1067例,其中胎膜早破者128例,占同期产妇12％,而早破水中有73例发生头位难产.随机抽样同期产妇128例做为对照组,其年龄、胎次、孕周均无明显差异.1.2 胎膜早破胎头衔接与难产关系 本组128例胎膜早破者有73例出现难产,而其中胎头与骨盆未能衔接即胎头未固定者有69例。见表1:
