发泡水的存在是泡沫温拌沥青与原样沥青的主要差异,但其在泡沫温拌混合料的拌和、运输、摊铺、碾压过程中的存在形态与数量目前研究较少。该文通过室内试验模拟了水分在泡沫温拌沥青混合料拌和、运输、摊铺和压实阶段的存在状态,并运用微观观测手段对水分的存在形态和数量进行了测定,分析了泡沫沥青中的水分在各个施工阶段的相态变化和散失情况。研究表明:随着各个工序的进行,泡沫温拌混合料内水分逐渐减少,碾压结束后泡沫温拌混合料内的水分由发泡时沥青质量的3%降至0.2%,残留量极少。
The existence of foaming water is the main difference between foam warm asphalt and original asphalt, but there are few studies on its existing forms and quantities in the mixing, transportation, paving and rolling of foam warm mix. In this paper, indoor conditions were used to simulate the existence of water in the mixing, transportation, paving and compaction phase of foam warm-mix asphalt mixture. The morphology and quantity of water were measured by microscopic observation. Of the water phase in each phase of the construction phase change and dissipation. The results show that with the progress of each process, the water content in the warm mixed foam gradually decreases. The moisture content in the warm mixed foam after foaming is reduced from 3% of the asphalt content in foaming to 0.2% .
