随着自卸车市场竞争的日趋激烈以及用车成本的增加,售后服务将是影响顾客购买的重要因素。矿用电动轮自卸车作为一种特种汽车,普遍采用由厂方负责相关的售后运作,售后配件运作、技术支持、现场维护保养等内容,通过售后服务队为客户进行售后服务的模式。X公司在售后体系运作方面也是采取这种传统模式,但近年来由于售后问题解决不及时等问题导致顾客满意度降低。本文通过对X公司售后服务体系的研究,其研究意义在于通过分析,总结出售后服务体系运作存在的问题,并提出相关的解决建议。
