试验采用超声波辅助法对葡萄皮黄酮的提取工艺进行考察。以超声处理功率,液固比,超声处理温度,超声处理时间为考察因素,葡萄皮黄酮得率为指标,采用单因素和正交试验法同时对葡萄皮黄酮提取工艺进行优化。确定了超声波辅助提取的最佳工艺参数为:超声处理功率250 W,液固比为50︰1(mL/g),超声处理温度50℃,超声处理时间60 min。按此优化条件,葡萄皮黄酮得率可达到62.02 mg/kg,可显著提高葡萄皮黄酮的得率,显示了该法提取的优越性。
Experiments using ultrasound-assisted extraction of grape skin flavonoids were investigated. Taking the ultrasonic power, the liquid to solid ratio, the ultrasonic treatment temperature and the sonication time as the investigation factors, the extraction rate of grape skin was used as an index. The extraction process of grape skin flavonoids was optimized by single factor and orthogonal test. The optimum parameters of ultrasonic assisted extraction were determined as follows: ultrasonic power 250 W, liquid to solid ratio 50︰1 (mL / g), ultrasonic treatment temperature 50 ℃, ultrasonic treatment time 60 min. According to the optimized conditions, the yield of grape skin flavonoids can reach 62.02 mg / kg, which can significantly improve the yield of grape skin flavonoids, showing the superiority of the method.
