1978年我们曾在《遗传学报》上发表了“博莱霉素对提高亚硝基乙基脲(NEU)诱变效应”一文,为了验证这一方法在遗传效应上的影响,于1976年起我们进行了以下试验。 试验材料为春小麦Tanori品种。在诱变剂上我们选用甲基磺骏乙酯(EMS)来代替在前一试验中所应用的NEU。EMS溶液以0.01M磷酸盐缓冲液(pH7)配制。浓度为0.2及0.3%(V/V)。博莱霉素(BL)溶液直接用蒸馏水配制,浓度为0.5、1及2μg/ml。春麦种子在处理前先用蒸馏水浸8小时;然后以EMS溶液处理24小时。处理后水洗。BL后
In 1978, we published a paper titled “Effect of bleomycin on mutagenesis of nitroso-ethylurea (NEU)” in the Journal of Genetics. In order to verify the genetic effect of this method, We conducted the following experiment. The test material is the spring wheat Tanori variety.
