目的 为了解医院的消毒状况 ,分析存在的问题 ,防止院内感染提供参考。方法 监测方法按照《消毒技术规范》2 0 0 2版的要求进行 ,物表、手采用棉拭子涂抹法 ,消毒剂、湿化透析液无菌采样 ,带回实验室检验。结果 物体表面及医护人员手共采样 130 0份 ,合格 112 0份 ,合格率为 86 15 %。消毒剂及氧气湿化液、血液净化透析液共采样 371份 ,合格 32 9份 ,总合格率为 88 6 8%。结论 检验室、病房合格率低主要是抽查检测的初消液、门把手、电话合格率低所致 ,所以应加强门把手、电话的消毒 ,加强初消液配制的管理。
Objective To understand the status of hospital disinfection, analysis of existing problems, to prevent nosocomial infection provide a reference. Methods The monitoring method was in accordance with the requirements of the “Technical Specifications for Disinfection”, 2002 edition. The surface and hands were swabbed with cotton swab, disinfectant and wet dialysate were aseptically sampled and returned to the laboratory for testing. Results A total of 130 0 samples were obtained from the surface of the object and from the hand of the health care workers, and 112 0 were passed, with a pass rate of 86 15%. A total of 371 disinfectants, oxygen humidification solution and blood purification dialysate were obtained, of which 32 9 were qualified. The total qualified rate was 88 6 8%. Conclusions The qualified rate of examination room and ward is mainly caused by the early elimination liquid and door handles of spot check and the qualified rate of telephone are low. Therefore, door handle and telephone disinfection should be strengthened and the management of initial liquid preparation should be strengthened.
