国际互联网在世界范围内迅速普及。日本率先在互联网领域制订了以《高速信息通讯网络社会形成基本法》为代表的一系列与IT业相关的法律。在电子商务领域，日本颁布了《数字签名及认证法》，依据这部法律的主要内容，进行简要地分析与解说，以期能够对我国的电子商务的立法起到一些借鉴作用。
