冷连轧机轧制策略选择的合理与否,将会对轧机产量、产品质量和操作等产生根本性的影响。因而选择合理的轧制策略,并研究在线识别轧制策略显得尤为重要。运用模糊聚类分析和模糊综合评判算法,建立了八辊五机架全连续冷连轧机轧制策略的优化方法;根据轧制过程在各个时刻的状态找出要施加的控制规律,使得随后的轧制过程在最优工况条件下运行,获得最佳的板形和板厚质量。通过现场在线应用能使轧制工况的各项技术经济指标达到最优,取得良好的优化效果,满足现场生产需要。
Whether the choice of rolling strategy in tandem cold rolling mill is reasonable or not will have a fundamental impact on mill output, product quality and operation. Therefore, it is very important to select a reasonable rolling strategy and study on-line identification rolling strategy. Using fuzzy clustering analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation algorithm, the optimization method of rolling strategy for eight-roller five-stand tandem cold mill is established. According to the state of rolling process at various moments, the control law to be applied is found, The rolling process operates under optimal working conditions, resulting in the best sheet and plate thickness quality. Through on-site application of the rolling conditions can make the technical and economic indicators to achieve the best, achieved good optimization results to meet the production needs of the site.
