新课程实施几年来,各校都在探索新的教学模式,探索新课程倡导的“自主、合作、探究”性学习方式。部分教师也都在采用小组合作学习这一课堂教学策略。然而,我发现在小组合作学习中存在着以下不容忽视的问题:(1)学生的参与程度不够。(2)组内成员分工不明确,结构不合理。(3)合作学习的目的不明确。(4)在合作学习中,教师成了旁观者。(5)学生意见出现分歧时,教师听之任之。(6)合作的内容没有价值等。针对以上情况,笔者提出了一些不成熟的做法和观点,供同行们交流、商榷。小组合作学习是新课程倡导的重要的课堂教学策
In the past few years since the implementation of the new curriculum, all schools are exploring new modes of teaching and exploring ways of “autonomous, cooperative and inquiry-based” learning initiated by the new curriculum. Some teachers are also using small groups to learn this classroom teaching strategy. However, I find that there are some problems that can not be neglected in the group cooperative learning: (1) Students’ participation is not enough. (2) The division of labor within the group is not clear and the structure is not reasonable. (3) The purpose of cooperative learning is not clear. (4) In cooperative learning, teachers become onlookers. (5) When the students’ opinions differ, the teacher should listen to them. (6) There is no value in the cooperation. In view of the above situation, the author put forward some immature practices and views for colleagues to exchange and discuss. Group cooperative learning is advocated by the new curriculum is an important classroom teaching strategy
