本文以中职英语形成激励评价为探述重点,阐述在过程评价中运用欣赏肯定的方法有助于激活学生学习主动性和潜能。围绕学生学习差异发展,突出激励引导和多方参与评价,利于凸显学生英语学习主体地位和作用,探讨形成激励评价方式运用能有效优化教学过程和方法,提高课程教学有效性和学生英语综合素养。
In this paper, motivation assessment is formed to focus on the formation of secondary vocational English, the use of Appreciation affirmation method in the process of evaluation will help to activate students’ learning initiative and potential. Focusing on the development of students’ learning differences, giving prominence to motivation and guidance, and participating in multiple evaluations, it is beneficial to highlight students’ status and role in English learning, and to explore the formation of incentive evaluation methods to effectively optimize the teaching process and methods to improve the effectiveness of teaching and enhance students’ English comprehensive literacy.
