采用146例国人和415例动物的离体心脏,研究了左心室条束的形态结构、组织化学、免疫组织化学和电生理特性。并对633例病人和100例健康人进行了二维超声心动图检查。在解剖学方面,成人左心室条束的出现率为71%,小儿63%,动物93%。在超声检查方面,病人左心室条束的检出率为31%,健康人为40%。左心室条束位于左心室流出道。暗红色条束主要由心肌纤维构成,条束周边含有束细胞;乳白色条束主要由结缔组织和束细胞构成。左心室条束内含有丰富的神经纤维。超微结构和电生理学研究发现,条束内除含有心肌细胞和束细胞外,还含有私行细胞,作者对左心室条束引起心脏杂音和心律失常的机理进行了探讨。
The morphology, histochemistry, immunohistochemistry and electrophysiological properties of left ventricular bundle were studied using isolated hearts from 146 Chinese and 415 animals. Two-dimensional echocardiography was performed on 633 patients and 100 healthy subjects. In terms of anatomy, the incidence of adult left ventricular bundle was 71% in children 63%, 93% of animals. In the ultrasound examination, the patient’s left ventricular bundle detection rate was 31%, 40% of healthy people. Left ventricular bundle is located in the left ventricular outflow tract. The dark red band is mainly composed of myocardial fibers, bundles around the beam cells; milky band mainly composed of connective tissue and beam cells. Left ventricle bundle contains abundant nerve fibers. Ultrastructural and electrophysiological studies have found that in addition to containing bundles of cardiomyocytes and bundles of cells, but also contains a private line of cells, the author of the left ventricular bundle caused by heart murmur and arrhythmia mechanism were discussed.
