研究了 2 D炭 /炭毛坯 -炭 /酚醛 (C/ P)的基体含量对 2 D-C/ C层间剪切性能的影响和防分层作用。结果表明 ,炭化后 2 D-C/ C、致密 2 D-C/ C的层剪强度都随 C/ P基体含量的增大而线性增加 ,而拉伸性能不受此影响。C/ P基体含量影响 2 D-C/ C的分层 ,基体含量低 ,ILSS低 ,难以抵抗热应力而发生分层。最终 2 D-C/ C的 ILSS在 1 3— 1 6MPa之间 ,拉伸强度在 1 3 0— 1 80 MPa之间 ,拉伸模量在 68— 93 GPa之间。
The effect of matrix content of 2 D carbon / carbon blank-C / P (C / P) on interlaminar shear properties of 2 D-C / C and its anti-delamination effect were studied. The results show that the shear strength of 2 D-C / C and dense 2 D-C / C after carbonization increase linearly with the increase of C / P matrix content, while the tensile properties are not affected by this. The C / P matrix content affects the delamination of 2 D-C / C, with low matrix content and low ILSS, which makes it difficult to resist thermal stress and delamination. The final 2 D-C / C has an ILSS between 1 3 and 1 6 MPa, a tensile strength between 130 and 180 MPa, and a tensile modulus between 68 and 93 GPa.
