我厂为大庆房产公司生产了两台1000m~3液化石油气球型储罐和两台1000m~3低温天然气球型储罐.其对接焊缝一次合格率100%,角接焊缝磁粉检验一次合格率100%.设备投产一年多,运行完全正常.本文以一台1000m~3液化石油气球型储罐为例,介绍其预制球壳板配件的焊接.球壳板材质为16MnR,板厚40mm.制造球罐时首先要预制若干块球壳体并在球壳板上焊接好支柱、人孔、凸缘及接管等配件,然后再发往工地组装及焊接成球型储罐.在预制球壳板阶段,需要焊接的配件包括二个Dg500的人孔、10个上支柱(图1)及16个凸缘及接管(图2).为了能在车间里顺利地完成这些配件与预制球壳板的焊接,作了如下工作.
