在市文化局领导倡议下,由南市区图书馆发起承办的“全国部分地市县公共图书馆馆长理论研讨会”至今已六年相继在上海、山东、大连、福建、广东和深圳召开。 1996年11月由南市区文化局主办,由南市区图书馆承办的首届“全国地市县公共图书馆馆长理论研讨会”在上海南市区图书馆(现改为黄浦区第二图书馆)召开。与会代表就“世纪之交图书馆与社会主义精神文明建设”这一主题进行了热烈的研究和探讨。会议期间成立了“中国地市县公共图书馆馆长联谊会”并拟定联谊会章程,旨在通过全国地市县公共图书馆馆长联谊会加强全国基层图书馆的馆际联 Under the initiative of the municipal Cultural Bureau, the “Symposium on Curator of Public Libraries in Some Counties and Counties in China” hosted by Nanshi District Libraries has been held successively in Shanghai, Shandong, Dalian, Fujian, Guangdong and Shenzhen for six years now .
