在 2 0年长期定位试验的基础上 ,选用徐州 2 5、徐州 2 6和烟 2 80 1三个小麦品种 ,研究了长期施肥对灌浆盛期小麦旗叶膜脂过氧化作用、谷氨酸合成酶 (GS)及籽粒产量和蛋白质含量的影响。结果表明 ,有机、无机肥配合施用与单施无机肥相比 ,旗叶膜脂过氧化作用低、光合速率高、产量高 ;在各处理间 ,均随着无机肥种类的增多 ,旗叶膜脂过氧化作用降低 ,光合速率提高 ,产量呈上升趋势 ;而不均衡施肥时 (仅施氮钾肥 ) ,小麦旗叶膜脂过氧化作用高 ,光合速率低 ,籽粒产量最低。不同处理下旗叶GS活性与全氮含量、籽粒蛋白质含量无显著相关。
Based on the long-term experiment of 20 years, three wheat cultivars, Xuzhou 25, Xuzhou 26 and Yan 2 80 1, were selected to study the effect of long-term fertilization on flag leaf lipid peroxidation, glutamate synthesis Enzyme (GS) and grain yield and protein content. The results showed that the combination of organic and inorganic fertilizer compared with single application of inorganic fertilizer, the flag leaf lipid peroxidation is low, high photosynthetic rate, high yield; with each treatment, with the increase of inorganic fertilizer types, flag leaf membrane Lipid peroxidation decreased, photosynthetic rate increased, the yield showed an upward trend; unbalanced fertilization (only nitrogen and potassium fertilizer), wheat flag leaf lipid peroxidation, photosynthetic rate is low, the lowest grain yield. Under different treatments, there was no significant correlation between GS activity and total nitrogen content and grain protein content.
