研究生国家助学贷款,对于想进一步深造却无力承担高昂学费的寒门学子而言,不啻于注入了继续前行的动力。 2004年秋季学期起国家助学贷款新政策开始推行,新的政策能否让更多研究生受惠,贷款是否得以顺利实施、具体使用情况怎样,受助研究生的反应和评价如何……带着种种疑问, 笔者通过实际走访、调查,对哈工大助学贷款的实施情况作了一个全面了解。
Graduate student loan, for those who want to further study but can not afford high tuition fees of cold-blooded students, not infused with the motivation to continue to move forward. Starting from the fall semester of 2004, a new national student loan program has been implemented. Whether the new policy will benefit more graduate students, whether the loan can be successfully implemented, how are the recipients’ responses and evaluations? Doubts, the author through the actual visits, surveys, Harbin Institute of Technology student loans made a comprehensive understanding of the situation.
