通过对全国十所综合性高校外语教师科研现状的调查,发现我国综合性高校外语教师参与科研人数比例偏低,科研方法单一,教师缺乏与科研相关的理论知识,科研动力不足。其主要原因在于教师对科研与教学关系认识上有误区、科研经费短缺以及科研成果的难以发表。而解决的关键还在于学校和教师双方要共同采取行动,一方面要加大学校对教师的培训力度,另一方面教师要加强职业修养。
Through the investigation of the research status of foreign language teachers in ten comprehensive universities in China, it is found that the proportion of foreign language teachers engaged in comprehensive higher schools in our country is low, the method of research is single, teachers lack the theoretical knowledge related to scientific research, and the motivation of scientific research is insufficient. The main reason is that teachers have misunderstandings about the relationship between scientific research and teaching, the shortage of scientific research funding and the hard-to-publish scientific achievements. The key to solve lies in both schools and teachers to take joint action, on the one hand to increase the training of teachers in schools, on the other hand teachers should strengthen professional training.
