采用热压缩实验研究了铸态18-8型奥氏体不锈钢在1000-1200℃温度区间,变形速率在5×10-3-1×10-1s-1之间的热变形行为,获得了在热变形条件下该不锈钢的热变形方程式及其它热变形参数.比较了铸态与锻态奥氏体不锈钢的热变形行为,结果表明,铸态奥氏体不锈钢的热变形需要更高的流变应力,但当温度较高和变形速率较小时,两者间的差别逐渐减小。
The hot deformation behavior of as-cast 18-8 austenitic stainless steels was studied by means of hot compression experiment at a temperature range of 1000-1200 ℃ with a deformation rate of 5 × 10-3-1 × 10-1s-1. The thermal deformation equation and other thermal deformation parameters of the stainless steel during hot deformation are compared.The thermal deformation behavior of the as-cast and forged austenitic stainless steel is compared.The results show that the hot deformation of the as-cast austenitic stainless steel requires higher rheology However, when the temperature is high and the rate of deformation is small, the difference between the two decreases gradually.
