背景资料青年路开发商拿的地都比较大。大家都在营造一种居住环境和氛围。目前这个区位的价格还是比较合理的。事实上,东四环边上的项目都要卖到10000元/平方米左右。虽然只隔了2公里,但差了4000-5000元/平方米的价格空间,不管是自住还是投资都是一个合适的时机。目前,青年路的开发商还没有把追求利润最大化做为奋斗目标。这个区域的项目价格基本都在5000多元/平方米。
