目的:研究灰绿黄堇根中的化学成分。方法:采用柱层析和制备薄层方法分离化学成分,光谱法鉴定其结构。结果:从灰绿黄堇根中分离得到3种生物碱,分别鉴定为紫堇碱dorydaline(Ⅰ),去氢紫堇碱dehydrocoryda-line(Ⅱ),二氢血根碱dihydrosanguinarine(Ⅲ)。结论:紫堇碱和去氢紫堇碱两种生物碱均为首次在灰绿黄堇中发现。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents in the root of Scutellaria citrifolia. METHODS: Chemical constituents were separated by column chromatography and thin layer preparation, and their structures were identified by spectroscopic methods. RESULTS: Three alkaloids were isolated from the roots of Scutellaria citrifolia. They were identified as drydaline (I), dehydrocoryda-line (II) and dihydrosanguinarine (III). Conclusion: Both the scopolamine and the dehydrocorydianine alkaloids were first found in ash-green jaundice.
