我局第一口高难度柱靶定向井——胡89井的胜利完成,标志着我局定向钻井技术水平又跃上了一个新台阶。胡89井为地质评价井,设计井深2 800m,为柱状靶体,缸体长度1 015m,靶体半径40m。该井在钻进过程中吸取了胡71井和卫—25水平井的施工经验,结合定向井轨迹控制、摩阻分析等方面的最新科研成果,设计出3种合理的钻具组合,应用本油田的科研成果和最新技术装备,制定出一套井下安全和井斜控制技术措施,保证了该井井下安全,使井眼轨迹向着柱状靶区方向延伸。当钻至2 331m时,地质人员确认:已经钻达设计层位S_4。地层提前,就此完钻。
