汽缸一般在控制往复的直线运动中传递巨大的压强，因此汽缸管需要良好的耐磨性、抗腐蚀性、精密的尺寸和足够的强度。通过正交设计方法，确定Ｔ８３２状态６０６３铝合金汽缸管的最佳生产工艺，并用硬质氧化工艺获得理想的氧化膜厚度，产品技术指标达到了美国ＡＳＴＭ Ｂ２１０标准，满足了国内用户的需求。
Cylinders generally transfer huge amounts of pressure in a linear motion that controls reciprocation, so cylinder tubes require good abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, precise dimensions and adequate strength. Through the orthogonal design method, the best production process of 6063 aluminum alloy cylinder tube in T832 state is determined, and the ideal oxide film thickness is obtained by the hard oxidation process. The technical index of the product meets the American ASTM B210 standard, which meets the needs of domestic users.
