多发性脑内血肿指同时或几乎同时发生的脑内两个以上部位的出血。我们收治6例,其中男4例、女2例。年龄45～74岁,平均59.5岁。有高血压病史者4例,过去有卒中史者2例。6例均在活动状态下或劳累后以头痛,头晕,呕吐发病。3例主要表现为脑干症状,其中2例3个出血灶均分别在脑干、颞叶及小脑;另1例两个出血灶在脑干及对侧底节区。其余3 Multiple intracerebral hematoma refers to bleeding in more than two parts of the brain occurring simultaneously or almost simultaneously. We admitted 6 cases, including 4 males and 2 females. Age 45 ~ 74 years old, average 59.5 years old. There are 4 cases of history of hypertension, past history of stroke in 2 cases. 6 cases were active or tired after a headache, dizziness, vomiting. 3 cases showed the main symptoms of brain stem, of which 2 cases of 3 hemorrhagic lesions were in the brainstem, temporal lobe and cerebellum; the other 1 case of two hemorrhagic lesions in the brainstem and the contralateral fundus.
