挪威、瑞典两国地处北欧 ,水电工程十分发达 ,而且大量采用地下厂房型式充分利用围岩承载力。其复杂的引水系统 ,使地下厂房布置紧凑 ,特别是采用岩塞爆破等技术在其水电工程施工中得到了广泛应用与发展。1999年 2月 ,在短期考察访问中 ,所到之处 ,各种用途的地下洞室随处可见 ,而且这些地下电站规模巨大、设备精良 ,其工程实践经验和研究成果可作为我国在山区水电站的开发建设中借鉴和参考。
