针对目前工作人员进出轿厢时发生事故且矿用电梯乘坐的安全性、舒适性较低等问题,提出了一种适用于柔性导轨矿用电梯的层站搭接平台。简单介绍了层站搭接平台的结构组成及工作原理,并运用Pro/E软件对层站搭接平台进行了三维造型。利用ADAMS软件进行了稳定性的仿真分析,得到了关键点的速度与加速度曲线,并与理论计算的结果相比较。通过ADAMS软件对层站搭接平台工作过程中的主要受力部件托爪直线机构进行了静力学分析,得到了托爪直线机构的主要部位变形及应力分布规律,为层站搭接平台的优化设计及结构改进提供了理论参考。
Aiming at the problems of the current staff entering and exiting the car and the safety and comfort of the mining elevator ride, a platform landing platform suitable for the flexible guide rail mine elevator is proposed. This paper briefly introduced the structure and working principle of landing platform, and used Pro / E software to make three-dimensional modeling of landing platform. The simulation of stability was carried out by using ADAMS software. The velocity and acceleration curve of the key points were obtained and compared with the theoretical calculation. Through the ADAMS software, the static force analysis of the main force component claw linear mechanism in the work process of the landing lapped platform was carried out.
