目的对过岗龙[Entada phaseoloides(L.)Merr.]的化学成分进行研究。方法综合运用硅胶、反相硅胶、SephadexLH-20等色谱法进行分离,NMR、MS等波谱学方法进行结构鉴定。结果从过岗龙甲醇提取物中分离得到了5个黄酮类化合物,通过波谱分析鉴定为:3′,4′,5′,5,7-五甲氧基黄酮(1)、5,6,7,3′,4′,5′-六甲氧基黄酮(2)、5,7,3′,4′-四甲氧基黄酮(3)、3′,4′-亚甲二氧基-5′,5,6,7-四甲氧基黄酮(5)、5,5′,7-三甲氧基-3′,4′-亚甲二氧基-黄酮(4)。结论化合物1~5均是从该植物中首次分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Entada phaseoloides (L.) Merr. Methods Silica gel, reverse phase silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and other chromatographic methods were used to identify the structures. Results Five flavonoids were isolated from the methanolic extracts of Pangolin and identified as 3 ’, 4’, 5 ’, 5,7-pentamethoxyflavone (1), 5, 6, 7,3 ’, 4’, 5’-hexamethoxyflavone (2), 5,7,3 ’, 4’-tetramethoxyflavone (3), 3’, 4’-methylenedioxy- 5 ’, 5,6,7-tetramethoxyflavone (5), 5,5’, 7-trimethoxy-3 ’, 4’-methylenedioxyflavone (4). Conclusion Compounds 1 ~ 5 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
