学生的发展是课程实施的出发点和归宿,教师要更新教学理念,树立正确的教学评价观,改变学生的学习方式、方法。教学目标的设计和实施要树立以人为本,从学生的实际出发,以学生的发展为根本出发点的观念,突破传统的教学模式,实现历史课堂教学的开放性和多元化,创设有效的教学情境,充分调动和发挥学生的主动性与创造性,培养学生认识变迁的能力,才能收到或超越预期的效果,真正实现历史课堂的“有效教学”。
