本试验采用两种生长调节剂,以最适浓度和剂量对猴头菌丝体和子实体进行喷雾处理。试验结果表明,应用赤霉素不仅提高了猴头菇的产量,而且对品质有较显著的影响。总糖、还原糖、抗坏血酸、维生素B_2,胡萝卜素以及铁的含量比对照组有明显提高,而脂肪、蛋白质、钙、维生素B_1的含量与对照组相近或略有下降。应用2.4—D后,可增加猴头鲜重并加速子实体成熟。铁、锌、抗坏血酸含量比对照略有升高,但所测其它营养素均有所下降。在提高猴头产量、改善猴头品质方面,赤霉素优于2.4—D。
In this experiment, two kinds of growth regulators were used to spray Hericium mycelium and fruiting body at the optimum concentration and dose. The results showed that the application of gibberellin not only increased Hericium yield, but also had a more significant impact on quality. The content of total sugar, reducing sugar, ascorbic acid, vitamin B 2, carotene and iron were significantly increased compared with the control group, but the contents of fat, protein, calcium and vitamin B 1 were similar to or slightly lower than the control group. Apply 2.4-D, can increase the fresh weight and accelerate fruiting bodies mature. Iron, zinc, ascorbic acid content slightly higher than the control, but the measured other nutrients have declined. Gibberellin is superior to 2.4-D in improving heritability and improving the quality of hericium.
