目的:通过分析人围排卵期卵泡内一氧化氮(NO)水平与卵泡液量、白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)等卵泡内环境的关系及与血清E2、采卵数间的关系,探讨NO在卵泡发育、排卵中的作用。方法:卵泡液由23名接受体外受精—胚胎移植(IVF-ET)的志愿者提供,卵泡内NO水平应用荧光色谱分析法,IL-1β应用酶联免疫法,E2及P应用放免法测定。结果:卵泡内NO水平与IL-1β水平呈有意义正相关(r=0.49P<0.001);卵泡内NO水平与血清E2水平及采卵数呈有意义正相关(r=0.46,P<0.05;r=0.62,P<0.01)。结论:在人的围排卵期,卵泡内有一定水平的NO,并可能受IL-1β的调节;卵泡内NO可能在卵泡发育和排卵过程中起重要作用
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the relationship between the levels of follicular nitric oxide (NO) and follicular fluid volume, interleukin 1β (IL-1β), estradiol (E2) and progesterone (P) in human ovulation follicles And serum E2, the number of eggs between the number of to explore the role of NO in follicular development and ovulation. Methods: Follicular fluid was obtained from 23 volunteers who underwent in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET). The levels of NO in follicles were analyzed by fluorescence chromatography, IL-1β by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and E2 and P by radioimmunoassay. Results: There was a positive correlation between follicular NO level and IL-1β level (r = 0.49P <0.001). There was a positive correlation between follicular NO level and serum E2 level and the number of oocytes retrieved (r = 0. 46, P <0.05; r = 0.62, P <0.01). Conclusion: There is a certain level of NO in the follicles around the human ovulation period and may be regulated by IL-1β. NO in follicles may play an important role in follicular development and ovulation
