一、标准编制及审定发布过程福建省工程建设地方标准《建筑智能化系统工程设计标准》是由省建筑智能化工程技术委员会负责编制的。从1999年9月开始,经过省建筑设计研究院等九个单位11位专家近一年努力,于2000年3月底完成《送审稿》,福建省建设委员会高度重视该标准的编制,于2000年4月组织省内外著名专家进行该标准的审定和科技成果评审,经过审定和评审,专家一致认为该标准的编制水平达到同类地方标准的国内领先水平。4月18日福建省建设委员会发文批准发布该标准,编号为DBJ—13—32—2000,6月1日开始施行。6月21日福建省建设厅在福州召开该标准的首发式,并组织两期该标准的培训班,参加培训的有省内从事建筑智能化系统工程的设计单位、系统集成商、施工、质量监督、工程监理、房地产开发商和建设行政主管等单位的有关人员200多人参加。
First, the standard preparation and validation release process Local standards for construction projects in Fujian Province “Intelligent Building Systems Engineering Design Standards” by the Provincial Building Intelligent Engineering Committee is responsible for the preparation. After being validated and evaluated, experts agreed that the compilation level of this standard has reached the leading level in the same kind of local standards. April 18 Fujian Provincial Commission of Construction issued a document approved the release of the standard, numbered DBJ-13-32-2000, June 1 into effect. On June 21, Fujian Provincial Department of Construction held the first episode of this standard in Fuzhou and organized two training sessions on the standard. The training units involved in the construction of intelligent building systems in the province were design institutes, system integrators, construction and quality Supervision, project supervision, real estate developers and construction executives and other units of the relevant personnel more than 200 people attended.
