心复康Ⅳ号灌胃给药,剂量39.8g/kS,对氯仿、氯化钡、氯化钙、乌头碱、哇巴因、结扎冠脉及电刺激等方法诱发的小鼠、大鼠、豚鼠及兔心律失常均有显著的对抗作用。心复康Ⅳ号具有抗缺氧及降低心肌耗氧量的作用,故其抗心律失常作用的机制可能与其降低心肌耗氧量有关。
