阿司匹林具有抗血小板聚集的作用,但一些规则服用阿司匹林患者仍然发生了血管栓塞事件,也就是存在阿司匹林抵抗现象。虽然目前阿司匹林抵抗的发生机制尚不明确,但基因多态性与阿司匹林抵抗的发生有一定的关系。目前研究的基因多态性包括:血小板糖蛋白(GP)Ⅱb/Ⅲa基因多态性、环氧合酶(COX-1)基因的多态性、血小板糖蛋白GPⅠa/Ⅱa受体基因多态性、ADP受体P2Y1基因的变化等。

Although the mechanism of aspirin resistance is not clear at present, genetic polymorphism has a certain relationship with the occurrence of aspirin resistance. The current study of gene polymorphisms include: platelet glycoprotein (GP) Ⅱ b / Ⅲ a gene polymorphism, cyclooxygenase (COX-1) gene polymorphism, platelet glycoprotein GP Ⅰ a / Ⅱ a receptor gene polymorphism , ADP receptor P2Y1 gene changes and so on.
