血脂及高脂蛋白血症与高血压、冠心病有密切关系,影响血脂水平的因素较多,对各种因素的意义尚存在不同看法。本文统计分析影响血脂与高脂蛋白血症的各种因素,并着重探讨血脂与冠心病的关系。资料来源与方法内蒙古医学院教职工407人,男241人,女166人。年令18～78岁,平均44岁。其中教师152人,干部(包括技术员)180人,工人(包括炊事员)75人。清晨空腹抽取禁食12小时以上的静脉血,分离血清,作血脂化验,并置4℃冰箱24
