目的 为了保证住院医师规范化培训的质量,同济大学附属东方医院在带教医师资格认定、日常管理、评估考核和奖惩方面进行系统化管理.方法 制定和严格执行带教医师资格认定办法、管理办法,根据每月住院医师对带教医师的评议打分对其进行评估考核,考核结果与津贴发放、评优评先、职称晋升挂钩.结果 经过1年的实践应用,带教医师的教学意识明显增强,带教水平提高,住院医师满意度增加.结论 带教医师是住院医师规范化培训过程中的关键因子,通过强化带教医师的系统化管理,可以明显提高住院医师规范化培训的质量.“,”Objective To guarantee the quality of standardized residents training,the systematic management measures including qualification,routine management,evaluation,assessment,rewards and punishment were used for faculty doctors.Methods Series of administrative policies such as qualification provisions and daily management methods have been established and executed strictly.Residents gave trainers comments and scored them monthly.The evaluation results decided the allowance,appraisal and promotion of the faculty doctors.Results Through there new measure,the teaching enthusiasm of faculty was fully motivated,the teaching quality improved,satisfaction degree of residents increased.Conclusion Faculty doctors are the key factor in the course of standardized residents training.Strengthening the systematic management of faculty doctors could improve the training quality greatly.
